Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.110 OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load attached file What is the expected result? When #container scrolls, #target should touch bottom of scroll area. What happens instead? scroll area also includes padding. csswg working group resolved that block end padding will be part of overflow. https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/129#issuecomment-380815931 This bug is in conflict with new spec. Inline overflow is still undecided. |
