Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3100.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add a theme What is the expected behavior? The profile switch button should remain the same when a theme is being used (See attached pictures) Also, instead of using white text with a black outline, text should always match the colors of the minimize, maximize, and close buttons. What went wrong? The profile switch button changes to the Windows 8 design, and the text does not match the buttons. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3100.2 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

This is a regression and a Stable blocker. Lopping to reviewers for expediting the fix.

I don't think this should block release. emx@ has left. Reassigning to bsep@, who has the most experience in this area.
