Omnibox text runs over incognito logo |

Issue descriptionApp Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): M60 iOS Version: 10.3.2 Device: 6S Steps to reproduce: 1. Browse some sites in incognito 2. Start typing in omnibox Observed behavior: Omnibox text starts left justified and runs over the incognito logo. Erasing everything and starting to type again sometimes fixes this issue. Expected behavior: Omnibox text should start to the right of the incognito logo. Frequency: Sometimes <number of times you were able to reproduce> Additional comments: I'll try to get a screenshot

Not easy to repro, happens maybe 5-10% of the time. I don't have a screenshot right now, will attach one / steps when I find it.

From my observation it happens when I tap on some link and while the page is in loading state I placed focus in omnibox to browse someother website.

I can reproduce with a little more consistency now. 1. Launch Incognito tab 2. Navigate to cnn.com 3. Navigate to bbc.com on the same tab. 4. Use Edge Swipe gesture to navigate back to cnn.com 5. Soon as you release the finger in step#4, Immediately place the focus on omnibox Observe that bbc.com text is overlapped onto Incognito icon in omnibox.
