tabs reloading so fast i cant read pages

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Version 55.0.0.12137
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)not sure. but its annoying
(2)toch is only browser i use
(3)

What is the expected result?


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
 if you cant find a problem atleast tell me how 2 turn off the automatic refreshing stuff..there has to be a way

Could you please confirm this issue observed on Chrome Browser or Torch browser?

If it is chrome related issue,Please uninstall the chrome once & install latest stable/Canary verions of chrome & check the issue.

If still issue observed, please let us know the chrome version on chrome://version, OS, exact steps & expected behavior to triage the issue further.

It's the torch version I specified and I have uninstalled and reinstalled
it just does the same thing
