What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Using stylus, capture region multiple times in a row 

What is the expected result?
Getting notification popup that screenshot has been taken for each time I do this and seeing multiple screenshot notifications in the not. center

What happens instead?
I do get popup after taking each screenshot, but don't see multiple stacked up in the notification message center.
