Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open 40 to 75 tabs in one window (depending on your screen width) 2. Try to identify a specific inactive tab in the tab bar and try to reactivate it without accidentally closing it by the hover-close button which is larger than the tab itself 3. What is the expected behavior? Multiple rows of tabs, with each tab large enough to at least show the favicon. What went wrong? 1. I couldn't identify the tab I wanted. 2. Along the way trying to find it clicking other tabs, I accidentally closed som of them. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Firefox allows and supports this. The world is ever more on-line. We need this.
