Adding a billing address leaves it in error state |

Issue descriptionWhen adding a new billing address from the Credit Card editor, the address is selected but the Payment Method screen still shows the "Billing address missing" error until Payment Request is closed and reopened. +mad who worked on this feature. Can you PTAL? :)

HA ! This is different from my initial understanding. So the combobox control says enabled, but payment method list is not updated. I'll take a look.
