Broken links in buildbot warning emails

For example, I received an email with a link to

http://builders/Android%20Arm64%20Builder%20%28dbg%29/builds/42555

This is missing the base URL of the buildbot master. The correct link would be:

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.linux/builders/Android%20Arm64%20Builder%20%28dbg%29/builds/42555

Do you know if this is still an issue? We pushed some changes out that I think fixed this but I want to be sure it was the same issue. Please reopen if it's still an issue.
