Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3104.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Update to latest canary 60.0.3104.0 2. Open Chrome 3. Watch as visual glitches appear or hover mouse over tabs/buttons What is the expected behavior? Tabs and buttons get rendered without visual glitches. What went wrong? Visual glitches appear, especially when tab content is chaning or mouse is hovering over tabs/buttons. Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3103.0 Chrome version: 60.0.3104.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
