Non-Regression:Metrics link is overlapped with screenshot in Report an Issue overlay.

Chrome Version:60.0.3102.0/9565.0.0 dev-channel Paine,Kip and Blaze
OS:Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->launch chrome ->go to chrome://md-settings/fonts 
(2)Set the Minimum font size to Huge and Observe near Screenshot

Actual:Metrics link overlapped with screenshot, when Minimum font size is set to Huge.
Expected:Metrics link shouldn't get overlapped with screenshot, when Minimum font size is set to Huge.

This is a Non-Regression issue from M-57.

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
2.Issue is seen in Latest M-60 also
