autofocus with value put cursor in the beginning

Reported by ji...@warting.se, May 19 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. <input autofocus type="url" value="http://" placeholder="http://">

What is the expected behavior?
unlike firefox and safari the input field gets highlighted/marked so you can either replace it or press left or right key depending on where you want to put the cursor

I think this is more useful then having the cursor at the beginning.
I even think putting the cursor at the end would be more useful then having it in the beginning

What went wrong?
cursor are at the wrong position

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Mark WontFix because M58 put caret at the beginning of input field.
Please try to use M58, the latest release.
Thanks!
