Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached test-case and the devtools console 2. Enter two newline characters into the textarea (i.e. click on the textarea and press Enter twice) 3. Observe that "2" is logged to the console 4. Focus something else than the textarea (i.e. click somewhere on the blank page) 5. Observe that now "1" is logged to the console What is the expected behavior? It should log "2" no matter what the focus/blur state is. What went wrong? It logs "1" as soon as the textarea is no longer focused. Did this work before? Yes 57 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: The problem only seems to happen with newline characters.
