Issue descriptionChrome Version : 60.0.3104.0 Revision a64d3f2e11c37e5c017c4ae5cceb10b8144eaf0f-refs/heads/master@{#473014} OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/appearance and set 'Font size' Very large 2. Now navigate to chrome://settings/privacy and click on 'Clear browsing data' 3. Observe Actual : 'i' (i.e info icon) is misaligned on 'Clear browsing data' overlay when 'Font size' is Very large Expected : 'i' (i.e info icon) should be properly aligned on 'Clear browsing data' overlay when 'Font size' is Very large This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-54’, below is the Manual Regression range Good Build: 54.0.2810.2 Bad Build: 54.0.2811.0

Update : Tested above issue in latest Canary #62.0.3181.0 build on Windows(7,8,10), Linux(14.04) & Mac OS and the issue is fixed. Thank you!
