Regression:Weird Avatar icon is seen in Top right corner of browser

Chrome Version:60.0.3104.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and observe the avatar icon on the top right corner of the tab.


Actual:Avatar icon is not proper 
Expected: Avatar icon is should be proper 

This is a Regression issue seen in M-60.. Will update the other info soon

Able to reproduce the issue on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 on chrome version: 60.0.3104.0. Worked fine for me on Mac OS 10.12.4 and Windows-10.

You are probably looking for a change made after 472665 (known good), but no later than 472671 (first known bad).

there's nothing weird here except that the color doesn't work great with the frame color.
