moblab: Cannot setup recurring job? |

Issue descriptionThe documentation here: https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/testing/moblab/usingmoblab says that we can setup recurring jobs. And I'm sure it used to work in 2015. But I can't seem to be able to do it anymore? There is no "Recurring Jobs" tab in autotest frontend. Googlers (again): Moblab is on test VLAN at 172.30.251.211. Port 80 is restricted, so you can access frontend on localhost:8080 after doing: ssh -L 8080:localhost:80 moblab@172.30.251.211

+akeshet, jrbarnette I think Aviv or Richard removed that part of Autotest a while ago. We didn't realize there is a use case of recurring job in Moblab.

I'd be fine with being able to modify some file manually too (suite_scheduler.ini?), as long as it's documented somewhere.
