Huddly camera is stuck in Bootloader mode during the upgrade procedure.

The huddly-updater's operation is halted during the upgrading procedure,
after rebooting the device into Bootloader mode. The device is stuck in Bootloader mode. 

This issue is potentially related to  Issue 724200 .

The minijail command itself works fine when invoked by root user in Chromebox shell command:

/sbin/minijail0 -u cfm-firmware-updaters -g cfm-firmware-updaters -e -i -l -N -v -r -n -- /usr/sbin/huddly-updater

This CL temporarily deactivates the invocation of huddly-updater.
