touchpad stopped working after May 17 update

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9334.69.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.112 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9334.69.0 (Official Build) stable-channel terra Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? After the last two chrome updates I have been unable to use my touchpad. Allowing the battery to drain has fixed the issue in the past. It did not work after the May 17 update. I was using my chromebook with the touchpad, did the update, and from restart the touchpad has not worked. Did this work before? Yes version prior to update of May 17. 2017 Chrome version: 58.0.3029.112 Channel: stable OS Version: 9334.69.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Support suggestion of "Fix" of hitting escape and drumrolling fingers of touchpad does not work.

As i check on 9460.67.0 stable build on terra , the touchpad woks fine. ellyh925@ - can yoy update to latest stable build and see whether touchpad works?>

No response from user and we're not able to reproduce in-house. Closing as WontFix. If you are having trouble with your touchpad, please file a bug and be sure to also submit feedback logs (alt + shift + i)! |
