Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce: 1) Load https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chromium%2Fbb%2Ftryserver.chromium.mac%2Fmac_chromium_rel_ng%2F456291%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fwebkit_tests__with_patch_%2F0%2Fstdout 2) Note that there is a "Download" button at the beginning of the load 3) Note that the download button disappears at some point Why does it disappear?
