Chrome isnt opening

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Edge/14.14393

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Chrome
2. Try to run it 
3. Repeat

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When im trying to open program nothing shows up. I was trying propably everything that was in net. It isnt even showing in ctrl+shift+escape. 

Did this work before? Yes same

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue windows using chrome version 58.0.3029.110 .able to install and run the same without any issues.
Could you please try to uninstall(delete folder) current chrome and install from this link https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel.Please update the thread if the issue still persists.
