Reevaluate how to expose AX_ROLE_GROUP and AX_ROLE_GENERIC_CONTAINER

Specs say SVG root should be exposed as group.

Spec says group should be exposed in IA2 as ROLE_SYSTEM_GROUP, but doesn't have IA2-specific role.

Maybe we have it reversed and a generic container is an IA2 section whereas a group is not?
