What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Ensure that View>Always Show Bookmarks Bar is enabled
(2) Go to any website, click the Star icon in the Omnibox to bookmark it
(3) Re-name the bookmark to be something other than the default
(4) Click "Save"
(5) The name on the bookmark bar is not updated to reflect the new name
(6) Right-click the same bookmark, choose Edit, and verify that the name has been changed

What is the expected result?
The name on the bookmarks bar is updated in step (5).

What happens instead?
Updates to the name of the bookmark are not reflected on the bar. The old name is still visible.

You are probably looking for a change made after 468975 (known good), but no later than 468984 (first known bad).
