Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3103.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: When using Chrome my laptop suddenly shut downs. It happens when pc is not plugged in and using its battery. It happens only in one page (maybe there are more but i dont know). Pc suddenly shut downs with no BSOD. I have to press power button to open it again. It does not happen when pc is plugged in. 1. Remove pc from plugged in and use laptop with battery 2. Open "www.bursasporum.com/kalan-5-maca-cikarim-1-milyon-euro-alirim-n23350/" and try to scroll down. 3. My laptop suddenly shutdowns. Windows not gives any error text or blue screen. I tested with fresh profiles and using Stable - Beta and Canary. Issue occurs in m59 beta and m60 canary. Not producable in m58 stable. My pc is: Samsung NP530U4C-S01TR It has dual display adaptors intel hd 4000 display driver and nvidia 620m (defaultly chrome uses Intel gpu) I didnt find any reason for Chrome to shutdown. Is it hardware problem or software problem. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Pc suddenly shut downs unexpectedly. No BSOD or error test message from Windows. Crashed report ID: Not seen any crash on crashes page. How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? When GPU Rasterization flag is set to Disabled issue not occurs. When GPU Rasterization flag is set to Default issue occurs. I guess it is GPU related. Anyone from GPU related developers can look at this issue?

Sorry you are experiencing this. It must be a hardware issue. There isn't anything we can do in software to fix that. Have you contacted Samsung? |
