Infra pool has 4 machines now, which is good enough to start working (though 8 would be nicer). Trusty pool for chrome has started increasing (no numbers because bug is public). No longer Pri0, but Pri1 to ensure it doesn't happen again. PSAs sent to both public and internal MLs. Small piece of history: machenbach@ notified me ~50 minutes before. I figured out there are no more builders in pool 45 minutes ago ping maruel@ and smut@, started looking for other pools. 40 minutes ago maruel@ started looking and found recent config change the rest is seen on this bug. Assigning to smut for follow up. Remember bug is still publicly visible.

chromium-swarm-dev is still over quota so it's impossible to tell if the image is working on dev. I wonder what's wrong with the new image.

Reverted on staging as well. chromium-swarm-dev is no longer out of quota and I see that MP VMs are back.
