Able to repro the issue with Outlook Web App on Mac OS 10.12.4 on chrome version: 60.0.3103.0 as well. This blocks the person from signing out, hence marking this as Dev blocker.

https://codereview.chromium.org/2885273002 doesn't change the binary. Is this due to v8 roll?

Assigning to V8 stability sheriff for further triage.

Thank you!
This might be the same as https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=724166 which has a bunch of analysis.
