Regression: 'इसे रेट करें ' text is misaligned (chopped) after adding extension.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, from chrome://settings/languages change the browser language to Hindi and relaunch.
2. Navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/collection/accessibility,click on Translate button from bubble 
3. Add any extension from page and observe the text 

Actual: 'इसे रेट करें ' text is misaligned (chopped) after adding extension.
Expected: 'इसे रेट करें'  text should be aligned properly after adding extension.

This is Regression issue broken in M60 and will soon update other info.
Good Build: 60.0.3080.0

Note: 1. Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux
      2. Unable to narrow down the range as issue(i.e translation) is not seen on chromium builds 

@msramek kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue

While this could theoretically be regressed by some rendering change in Chromium, it's a WebStore UI bug where the button is too narrow to fit some translations.

To be triaged by Webstore owners.

***Mass UI Triage***

We were unable to reproduce this bug on latest canary #72.0.3610.2 as Hindi texts are seen properly in new Chrome Webstore UI. If this bug still reproduces for you, please reopen or file a new issue.
