Drop down menu border is seen missing when zoomed-In to 110% in stalkbuylove.com

Chrome Version:#58.0.3029.140/9334.72.0 on Candy,Daisy & Minnie
OS:Chrome,Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user->Launch chrome and Open http://www.stalkbuylove.com/
(2)Click on collection tab->Zoom the page to 110%->go to product filters drop down list and Observe(Kindly refer video)

Actual: Drop down menu border is seen missing when zoomed-In to 110%
Expected: Drop down menu border should be seen, when zoomed-In to 110%

Note:Issue is also seen in Windows 7,Mac OS 10.12.4 and Ubuntu 14.04, checked with version #60.0.3103.0 dev

This is a Regression issue broken in M-34

Not a regression, has to do with how floats and scrollable containers handle subpixel sizing. Can be reproduced going back to at least Chrome 40 at certain zoom levels.
