Cannot copy text during mobile friendly View

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Visit some page and select mobile-friendly View. No attempt to use your familiar finger methods to copy some piece of text from that page.

What is the expected behavior?
One would be able to copy.

What went wrong?
One is unable to copy.

This should be fixed after https://codereview.chromium.org/2878543003/ turned Reader Mode from an Overlay Panel to navigation.
