Regression: Alignment between added and default exception is not seen properly on chrome://settings page.

Chrome Version: 60.0.3103.0 Revision 0d2b07cab5a9dfb8429b42ae5b8ccdfac5d56fd7-refs/heads/master@{#472587}
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

Pre-condition: Enabled 'Site settings with All sites and Site details' flag from chrome://flags
 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/content/notifications
(2) Add any exception and observe alignment between added and default exception. 

Actual: Alignment between added and default exception is not seen properly.

Expected: Alignment between added and default exception should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-60', will soon update the other info:

Good Build:60.0.3080.0
Bad Build: 60.0.3081.0
