Issue description

Chrome Version       : 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : https://store.google.com/replacement?cartId=GS.kwNjOObknJE8BYZw&z=1
Other browsers tested: no
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: no
    Firefox: no
         IE: no

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) project fi sent me a replacement link but it failed in my employer network and it threw error but without completing the order charged in my visa
(2) If I come to my home network and order the order was successful and they charged in my visa
(3) I think some problem with the application in my employer network

What is the expected result?
I should receive a notification saying order has been completed now I got since I ordered from my home network

What happens instead?
it throws an error from my employer network

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I didnt take screenshot may be if you send another replacement link I can take screensjot and send it

Could you please provide consistent manual reproducible steps to test the issue from TE-end. Opening the Url: https://store.google.com/replacement?cartId=GS.kwNjOObknJE8BYZw&z=1 doesn't open a site, rather it leads to the page as shown in the screen shot.

If possible please provide a screen cast explaining the issue being observed.
