Signing in via chrome://chrome-signin doesn't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome://chrome-signin and try to sign in.

What is the expected result?
You sign in successfully.

What happens instead?
After entering the credentials, a dialog box appears with title:
Can't sign in
and text
"Service unavailable; try again later."

Logs from running Chromium - 
[10235:775:0517/151533.524225:WARNING:gaia_auth_fetcher.cc(724)] ClientLogin failed with 
[10235:775:0517/151533.524312:WARNING:gaia_auth_fetcher.cc(745)] Incomprehensible response from Google Accounts servers.


I am able to sign in through the Manage People button at top right corner of Chromium, so I think the API keys are setup correctly. Also, signin in via Canary works for me.

This looks very similar to the  issue 726478  . Could you please check that you have installed the API keys correctly.
