This bug was originally meant to be a more general bug, including the more specific one  bug 723741 .

There are still a couple of lines in WebKit/LayoutTests/TestExpectations that reference this bug number, so I'd prefer to keep this one open.

Remove http/tests/security/w3c/cross-origin-objects.html

The upstream version of this test is already imported into Chromium at
external/wpt/html/browsers/origin/cross-origin-objects/cross-origin-objects.html.
Our copy doesn't appear to have diverged from upstream, so remove the
outdated duplicate copy of this test.
