Speech Synthesis continue speaking after some seconds of pause

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. clic the buttom to listen the test
2. clic the buttom to pause
3. move to another app

What is the expected behavior?
clic the buttom to listen the test
clic the buttom to pause
stay pause until i clic play again

What went wrong?
Speech Synthesis api dont stop even when clic pause on mobile phone, no sure if iphone and ipad have the same problem i test it on chrome, opera and firefox

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? No
 The problem is that Speech Synthesis api is speaking after some seconds that clic pause.

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 7.0 Nougat

i add it to Speech where it should be on speechsynthesis components, how can i move it?

Could you upgrade your Chrome to latest Stable version an update the behavior, if reproducible please provide us a screen cast of the issue, which would help us triaging the issue further.
