Caret should be removed from content editable. Same behavior as in case of textarea. What went wrong? Focus is removed from content editable but caret is still displayed. Did this work before? Also, please note that it's not only about the caret being rendered in the blurred element but also the fact that you can still type there.

Tested the issue on Windows 7 , Mac os 10.12.4 and ubuntu 14.04 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.110 & M60 #60.0.3103.0 and issue is reproduced. Issue is seen from M40 , and is a non-regression issue . Marking it as untraiged for further inputs on this. Thanks!
