It is notable that WebVR is similar to fullscreen mode, and audio/video/screen capturing indicators are not visible in fullscreen mode.

I also think this is out of scope for BBB milestone, we're already shipping WebVR without this, having passed the necessary reviews. Suggest pushing to M-61.

The fullscreen comparison is a good one. It's likely we don't need to show any indicators at all if WebVR is similar enough to that case (which I think it is). Either way I agree it's fine to push to 61 (updating label with that assumption, please add it back if we really need this).
