Dev Tools Network panel is empty

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open Dev Tools on any tab and select Network
What is the expected behavior?
Network panel should have stuff in it
What went wrong?
Network panel is empty. If I open dev tools on dev tools, I see the following error:

Did this work before? Yes It's been broken in Canary for about a week. Don't remember exactly.

repro steps above: "Open Dev Tools on any tab and select Network" Sounds like you found the problem and sorted it out. Thanks for getting on this so quickly. I'm not sure how long the patch will take to find its way into Canary, but when it does, I'll check it out and confirm the fix.
