What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a Bangladesh address to autofill with phone number "+1 310 310 6000". (See screenshot.)
2. Open https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/us/
3. Click "Buy" on the page.
4. Click "Choose" in the "Shipping address" section. (See screenshot.)

Expected: No error message for the Bangladesh adderess.
Observed: "Phone number required" error message for the Bangladesh address. (See screenshot.)

5. Click on the Bangladesh address.

Expected: Postal code and phone number should be filled out.
Observed: Postal code and phone number are empty. (See screenshot.)

The "shipping address" section shows "1 Main St. Dhaka - 1209\n13103106000" for the Bangladesh address, so some parts of PR are aware of this data, but the card editor does not pick it up.
