Password box loses focus on start up

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9557.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3101.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: Google_Cave.7820.288.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Shut down Chromebook
2. Turn on Chromebook

What is the expected behavior?
Sign in screen shows with blinking cursor in password box

What went wrong?
Sign in screen shows but cursor only blink 2-3 times before losing focus, thus full password entry is probably not possible

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3101.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 9557.0.0

I should point out this is sometimes hard to reproduce, but I see it at least once or twice a day when loggin in.
