large number of media and webaudio layout tests times out when run locally |

Issue descriptionthis only seems to happen when the tests are being run in parallel. There are some output lines about authorization timing out: 17:51:35.619 29924 killed pid 31453 17:51:35.620 29924 worker/6 media/track/track-cues-seeking.html output stderr lines: 17:51:35.620 29924 Xlib: extension "RANDR" missing on display ":100". 17:51:35.620 29924 [1:3:0515/175134.200323:32044216645:WARNING:audio_output_device.cc(325)] Output device authorization timed out 17:51:35.622 9605 [22/26] media/track/track-cues-seeking.html failed unexpectedly (test timed out) 17:51:35.620 29924 worker/6 killing primary driver interestingly, when running layout tests via ssh (just ssh localhost), they all pass. Are we missing to mock out some audio thing for layout tests?

How do I reproduce this? I run the webaudio layout tests (and wpt versions) locally all the time. The only timeouts I get are from a few wpt tests.
