After resizing browser window button of audit overlay appears to be misplaced.

Chrome Version:60.0.3102.0 (Official Build) 1b9cbad892fea821579566528be23955f159555c-refs/heads/master@{#472262} 32/64 bit
OS:Windows (7,8,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to NTP,open devtools > 'Audit' section.
(2)Click on 'perform an audit' button such that overlay appears.
(3)Now resize button from R.H.S and observe the button of overlay

Actual: After resizing browser window button of audit overlay appears to be misplaced.

Expected: After resizing browser window button of audit overlay should be properly seen.

This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series as new feature in 'Audit' appears from build # 60.0.3102.0
