Unnecessary text continuation is seen on 'Perform an audit' button in dev tools.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3102.0 Revision 1b9cbad892fea821579566528be23955f159555c-refs/heads/master@{#472262}
OS: Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools and navigate to Audit section.
(2) Observe Perform an audit button.


Actual: Unnecessary text continuation is seen on 'Perform an audit' button.

Expected: No such text continuation should seen.

This is a non-regression issue seen from 'M-60'(60.0.3102.0)

Changing the status to Untriaged, so that the issue would get addressed.

Thanks for the report.  It seems like an intended change, the '...' hints that a followup step (dialog) will be displayed before actually running an audit.
