[MD settings] unexpected vertical separator

On ChromeOS running on Linux:
in chrome://settings/networks?type=VPN there is a vertical grey separator line between the row label and the subpage arrow that looks out of place.

This may be a "running on Linux" issue and maybe not a real problem. If this happens on a real Chrome build, then the line should be removed.
