Bisect is hijacking my bug

I'm not sure why, but there's a bisect job that thinks a bug I filed is its bug. The bug is Issue 721864.

Sorry about this! It's possible to manually enter the bug number in the perf dashboard when kicking off a bisect. I'm asking around to see if I can figure out who kicked it off.

WontFix-ing because AFAIK this is the first bisect bug spam we've gotten, so not a common issue.

I poked around the perf site but there doesn't seem to be an e-mail address to contact anyone about something like this?
