[Snowflake] Unify Clank fonts & colors |

Issue descriptionHannah recently released a new set of style recommendations on Clank to better standardize our UI and reduce the number of colors and font sizes that we keep track of. We plan on updating existing Clank font styles that fall outside of this spec to conform appropriately. This is the master tracking bug for the various pieces required.
