DevTools: [timeline] Toggling screenshots on and off is slow

I'm seeing it be very slow to toggle the screenshots checkbox on a number of traces.

This does seems to be related to the lagginess of screenshots in the flamechart.

Tested the issue on windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.5 using chrome version 61.0.3135.4.Not observed any lag show/hide screenshots toggle on Performance panel.

alph@ could you please provide sample test file or URL if this required manual testing.
