Currently kRoleUnknown is assigned in blink accessibility, to <span>, <svg:rect> and a <tr> in a <table role="presentation">.

However, the existence of unknown is considered a bug, so it should not happen. We should probably be using kGenericContainer or other roles here. Perhaps SVG elements should get a generic SVG role of some kind.
