Configure findit to use swarmbucket for compile, test and flake for Linux Debug Builders. |

Issue description
The configuration for each of the following builders needs to be amended on the /waterfall/config page, in the "Waterfall Builders to Try-server trybots" section:
- Linux Builder (dbg)
- Linux Builder (dbg) (32)
- Linux Tests (dbg)(1)
- Linux Tests (dbg)(1)(32)
The following configs need to be added for each:
"dimensions": ["os:Ubuntu-14.04", "cpu:x86-64"],
"swarmbucket_mastername": "luci.chromium.try",
"swarmbucket_trybot": "LUCI linux_chromium_variable",

I decided I'll create bugs for config changes to better track exactly what changes on each version of the config. Once the config change is applied I will change the bug to link to the specific version of the config where the change was done. Should we have a special label for things like this? Also, Shuotao, could you confirm these are the bots we had agreed to enable first?
