Chrome ToT r472100 on Linux

* Login
* Turn on ChromeVox by clicking in system tray menu
* ChromeVox panel appears at top of screen
* Notification about ChromeVox appears in lower right
* Orange highlight moves to notification (expected?)
* Wait
* Notification disappears, but orange highlight seems to be selecting nothing

Is this expected?
