Add accessibility label for the ContentSuggestions cells

The ContentSuggestionsCell should be read with VoiceOver as:
- Title
- Publisher name/date
- Offline status
- Subtitle. (From the simulator screenshot, it appears that this is not always an actual article subtitle but in some cases the first X words of the article itself. Chances are the user can and will make a decision to tap/not tap without this information.)

Here's an example verbalization:
 
"Warning of staff relocations after Brexit rise sharply. The Financial Times. May 8, 2017. Available offline. More than a quarter of 222 financial services firms expect to move workers..."

The Offline status will be:
- "Available offline" when the suggestion is available offline.
- Nothing if it is not.
