Regression: Trash icon is seen missing on removing added color in color picker window

Chrome Version: 60.3101.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools on any page >> In styles section click on color picker 
(2)Now in color palettes change to custom and add any color 
(3)Now try removing it by dragging to right [Please refer video] 

This is a regression issue broken in M60.
