Regression : Unable to scroll down the page on https://www.chromeexperiments.com

Issue description

Chrome Version : 60.0.3101.0 (Official Build) b52f9c883a550145a4bd11456bb8639f2382f0c0-refs/heads/master@{#471958} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Test URL : https://www.chromeexperiments.com/experiment/spider

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and try to scroll down the page, observe.

Actual : 
	1. Unable to scroll down the page.
	2. Page contents does not load properly.

Expected : User should be able to scroll the page and all page contents should load properly.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-60’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 60.0.3100.0
Bad build : 60.0.3101.0

Note : Above issue is seen for all other webgl experiments on www.chromeexperiments.com

Note : 

Above issue is not seen on other browsers like Firefox, IE and Safari; i.e page loads completely and able to scroll down the page.

It looks they use /deep/ combinator, which is no longer supported in M60.

Could we notify the site owner of https://www.chromeexperiments.com/ ? The site owners should update so that the site doesn't depend on /deep/.
